The location itself was particularly good near to centre, and the river. It had a private bathroom. I had a warm welcome from the host.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at Cocoa Lily. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient to explore everything. We especially loved the water views from our spotless apartment. It was so peaceful watching the geese and swan. Tim, our friendly host, provided everything we needed and the private parking added a sense of security. The high standard and personal touches made our stay luxurious and truly enjoyable.

nice place to visit in york. incredible location a 10-15 minute walk from york minster. nestled not far from the centre and the river. nice welcome from host. a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and terry dressing gowns available.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place. The host, Tim, makes you feel at home. It includes an iron with ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk;))

We had an incredible stay at Cocoa Lily - River Fronted Studio with Secure Parking. the studio was absolutely luxurious, with thoughtful personal touches throughout. Despite being a studio, there was plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was fantastic, with great amenities nearby. Tim, the host, was extremely helpful and kept in constant contact with us from the moment we booked. He provided clear directions and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars. We would love to stay at Cocoa Lily again in the future!

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk away from the city center. The apartment layout was super, with a beautiful window seat overlooking the river. The private parking was very secure. Tim, the host, was jaw-dropping friendly and provided everything we needed. The apartment was exceptionally clean and to a very high standard. The kitchenette and in-suite laundry were great amenities. The personalized welcome card and sweet treats were a nice touch. a fantastic place for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Loved everything about this place! the location was great with easy walking to everything and it was very quiet. the apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was impeccable and to a high standard. the host was amazing and walked us through everything. the secure on-site parking was a bonus.

That the bed was a double and a bit small for our liking, but it was still quite comfy.
